Description

In a country fair atmosphere, under the big top, the 2012 Eole Trade show event will be held at the Château Mont-Sainte-Anne site in the town of Beaupré near Quebec city.

Eole Quebec is offering to its participants a 20 / 30 minutes time period allocation to present your enterprise and furthermore it offers also booth rental.

The registration fee per participant is establish at 195$ and includes the daily access on site, the noon lunch, a four course dinner and the evening humoristic show.

Concept

1- Time period allocation to present your company / organization

Eole Quebec will made available to you, under the big top, audio-visual equipments (microphone, video projector, computer for your USB key, screens) for you to make a 20 / 30 minutes presentation on your organization. The rate for a presentation is only $650.

2- Booth rental

Eole Quebec offers you the possibility to rent a 10 ft X 8 ft size booth, under the Big Top. Both rentals include banner identification with your company logo for a total cost of 750$. The cost doesn't include the registration of your representative.

Representatives of hundreds of companies from Quebec and elsewhere will be present at the Eole Trade Show on August 17th in Beaupré located 27 kilometers East from Quebec City.

Which team will be the Masters of the Environment and win green jackets at the sixth Eole Tournament on next Thursday August 30th ?

Again this year, the Eole Tournament will be hold at the Grand Vallon Golf course located at Mont Sainte-Anne, Beaupré, less than 30 kilometers from Quebec city.

A MAXIMUM of 160 participants will compete, in a friendly golf tournament environment, which is conducive to doing business.

All participants are invited to form foursomes, with no professional players, to participate in the tournament according to the Mulligan foursome formula. Foursomes will be invited to proceed to the hole number assigned to them for the event, so that all players begin playing simultaneously at the starting signal planned at 10h30.

For participants who were unable to form a foursome, Eole Quebec will match you strategically with potential clients in the completion of your foursome.
