In a country fair atmosphere, under the big top:the 2009 event will be presided over by, Dr Yves Gagnon P.Eng.,D.Sc. KC Irving Chair in Sustainnable Development of the Université de Moncton, Vice-Chair on WEICan Board and WEICan Governance Officer.

The Eole Trade Show is:

Concept

Éole Québec will set up, under the big top, infrastructure and audiovisual equipment, made available to you to create, during the event, a stimulating environment that is conducive to business transactions between business people in the wind power industry.

These “conference rooms,” equipped with a projector and a screen, can be rented at a reasonable cost so that people can get to know your company or organization better. It is not necessary to buy a booth or assume the costs of moving one. You don't need to provide a lighting system or to pay high insurance costs or rental costs for floor space for setting up a booth like at most trade fairs.

Éole Québec will look after the logistics of preparing your “conference room”, whether it is for an audiovisual presentation using a projector or otherwise.

The rate for a 30 minutes presentation is only $475.

Based on the number of presentations and their content, Éole Québec will establish a schedule with a series of lectures given alternately and others given simultaneously. People who choose the room will be informed one week in advance of the schedule for their presentation.

Éole Québec will establish a schedule for presentations that will be given in order to optimize the impact of each one. The schedule will be forwarded to all the participants early on the day of the holding of the Foire commerciale Éole and a facilitator will be in charge of presenting each company and organization that gives presentations.
