The Val-des-Neiges Hotel's Director is giving, to all our participants, a prefered room rate of 94$ + taxes (regular rate 160$). This prefered rate applies for any kind of room size or style. The sooner you make your reservation, greater are your room choices. To beneficiate the prefered room rate, your reservation must be made before July 30th.

Description

In a country fair atmosphere, under the big top :the 2010 event will be presided over by, Mr Daniel Laplante, President & General director of the "Association de l'industrie électrique du Québec" (AIEQ)

The big top will erected at the Val-des-Neiges Hotel site, near the internationaly reputed Mont-Sainte-Anne in the town of Beaupré, located at 27 kilometers from Québec city.

Eole Quebec is offering to its participants a time period allocation (20 to 30 minutes)to present your enterprise at a reasonnable cost of 450$ and futhermore it offers also booth rental at a low cost of 500$. Booths are identical for all takers and includes a banner identification with your company logo. Please take note that the registration cost for your company representaive at your booth is not included. It is the same for your representative speaker for the rental of a time period allocation.

The Eole Trade Show is:

Concept

Two ways to promote your enterprise at the Eole Trade Show:

1- Time period allocation to present your company / organization


Eole Quebec will set up,under the big top, infrastructure and audiovisual equipment (microphone, video projector, computer for your USB key, large screen) made available to you to make a 20 to 30 minutes presentation on your organization. The rate for a 20 to 30 minutes presentation is only $450.

Eole Quebec will take care of all the logistics for your presentation.

Based on the number of presentations and their content, Eole Quebec will establish a schedule with a series of lectures given alternately. People who will make a presentation will be informed one or two days in advance of the schedule for their presentation.

Eole Quebec will establish a schedule for presentations that will be given in order to optimize the impact of each one. The schedule will be forwarded to all the participants early on the day of the holding of the Eole Trade Show and a facilitator will be in charge of presenting each company and organization that gives presentations.

2- Booth rental

At the Eole Trade Show envent, it is not necessary to buy a booth or assume the costs of moving one. You don't need to provide a lighting system or to pay high insurance costs or rental costs for floor space for setting up a booth like at most trade fairs. Eole Quebec offers you the possibility to rent a 10 ft X 10 ft size booth, or 8'X 8'depending space avaibility under the Big Top to accomodate everyone, that includes a banner identification with your company logo for a cost of only 500$.

Take this opportunity to do business at a lower cost according to a standard formula for all participants who want to take advantage of this unique event. Representatives of hundreds of companies from Quebec and elsewhere will be present at the Eole Trade Show on August 18th in Beaupré located 27 kilometers East from Quebec city.
